Foreign children (aged 12 to under 14):

Flying to Vietnam: Require the Unaccompanied Minor Service from the airline, regardless of the departure location.

Flying from Vietnam: This can be done with or without the Unaccompanied Minor Service, at the parents’ discretion.

Children under 12: Cannot fly alone on any airline and must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years old.
