A Vietnam business visa is an official document issued by the Vietnamese government that allows foreigners to enter and stay in Vietnam for business purposes. It is a temporary visa, valid for a specific period of time with single or multiple entries during its validity period.

II. How to apply for Vietnam business visa

Currently, there are common 3 ways to apply for a Vietnam business visa.

III. Classification of Vietnam business visa

Vietnam business visa is divided into DN1 and DN2 visa (formally DN):

IV. Required documents for Vietnam business visa

1. Visa at Embassy/ Consulate

– Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your date of entry into Vietnam and have at least 02 blank pages.

– You must have a sponsor company in Vietnam (the company you will work for after entering Vietnam) that is willing to sponsor your visa and travel.

– Your portrait photos (4*6cm, or 2*2 inch, white background).

– Work permit or work permit exemption for business, work visas (DN, LD).

– Invitation letter from Vietnamese enterprise showing the applicants are invited to Vietnam for business purposes.

Besides, there are some other documents:

– Notarized copy of business registration certificate.

– Entry application for foreigners to enter Vietnam (Form NA2).

Vietnam visa application form (Form NA5).

– Sample of seal and signature (Form NA16).

 

2. Visa on arrival (VOA)

– Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your date of entry into Vietnam and have at least 02 blank pages.

– You must have a sponsor company in Vietnam (the company you will work for after entering Vietnam) that is willing to sponsor your visa and travel.

– Your portrait photos (4*6cm, or 2*2 inch, white background).

Visa stamping fee (in cash).

 3. Vietnam eVisa

– Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your date of entry into Vietnam and have at least 02 blank pages.

– Your portrait photos (4*6cm, or 2*2 inch, white background).

– Passport data page image covering all ID information, photo, and ICAO lines.

– Bank card that can make international payments to pay eVisa fees online.
