This dish originates from “Huyền Vi Coffee Shop” which is located right at the intersection of Dinh Liet Street and Trung Yen Alley. Originally a normal cafe, but since the day the shop sold pandan jelly yogurt, the number of customers sitting here and rows of motorbikes have always filled the sidewalk.
Since the day this was sold, there have been days when many customers filled all 3 floors of the house. This dish is one of the refreshments that the restaurant invented and has been selling for a year now.
