In the Southwestern river region of Vietnam, the local people have created a dish called Pizza hủ tiếu – a Western name but is a pure Vietnamese dish with a twist using familiar ingredients such as sợi hủ tiếu (noodles).

The origin of noodle pizza comes from Hủ tiếu Sáu Hoài brand. With a special recipe, this place uses noodles as the main ingredient to make this dish with a delicious, rich flavor.
Hủ tiếu Sáu Hoài brand has 44 years of operation with extensive experience. This is also the only place where Can Tho City’s leadership patented the famous “Pizza hủ tiếu” in Southwestern.
